“Native Heartbeat” is a television magazine program about Indian culture, government and history as told by Native American journalists. Pilot programs will soon be broadcast nationwide on various television networks and locally on various network TV affiliates.
Having a native voice heard by millions, not only empowers American Indian people, but all indigenous people worldwide. "Native Heartbeat” will get the message out in an effective manner, reaching native and non-native peoples alike on a year-round schedule.
 “Native Heartbeat” will cover issues and events important to Indian people through storytelling brought to life by Indian journalists for the world to see. Issues such as sovereignty, treaty rights and gaming will be explained to the general public in a friendly, educational manner.
